Dr. Troy Robbin Hailparn is internationally renowned in the field of cosmetic gynecology and is the Medical Director of the Cosmetic Gynecology Center of San Antonio, Texas, U.S.A. A graduate from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York, she is Board-Certfied in Obstetrics and Gynecology by the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ABOG). 

An experienced, skilled vaginal surgeon and labiaplasty doctor with advanced education and training in cosmetic-plastic gynecology, Dr. Hailparn was one of the first trained female Board-Certified OB-GYNs in the U.S. in Cosmetic Gynecology. After presenting labiaplasty data at two ACOG Annual Clinical Meetings in 2009 and 2014, Dr. Hailparn was invited by ACOG to write the first ever labiaplasty e-module to educate other physicians about labiaplasty, which was copyrighted and published by ACOG in late 2015.

She has also published articles on cosmetic gynecology in medical journals as well as specialty health publications. Dr. Hailparn has also appeared on major television programs including CNN, Discovery Health, Strictly Sex with Dr. Drew, Telemundo and Univision and has been interviewed by the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, The Times of London, San Antonio Express News, and other publications.

Robert Luedecke, MD (anesthesiologist)

Robert Luedecke, MD is a board-certified anesthesiologist who specializes in outpatient surgery. He uses multimodal analgesia to complement techniques used by Dr. Hailparn to allow rapid and pleasant recovery from surgery.  He is a graduate of Texas A&M University College of Medicine and has been in the private practice of anesthesiology for 33 years.

Timothy Hlavinka, MD (urogynecologist)

Dr. Hlavinka is a lifetime Texan who is well known for excellence in the field of urology over his 20+ year career, most
notably  through  his  research  in  sexual   health  and  hormone replacement therapy.
